Know Your Number® health assessment program

Offered through WellPath’s robust benefit platform, Know Your Number® is a disease risk assessment tool that helps identify risk levels for chronic disease and disease complications. This type of health assessment program is typically only available to large companies and is expected to save the Fayetteville Chamber’s small business employers thousands in health care costs.

Health benefits administration through HCW & Doctors Direct
